Where it comes from

Most people experience one major brand transformation in a career. As VP at Fiskars Group I led twelve simultaneously  across Iittala, Royal Copenhagen, Georg Jensen, Wedgwood, and eight others. Before that, Bang & Olufsen.
Every company I worked for was over a hundred years old.

That's twenty years of knowing what breaks and what builds.

How I work

I work embedded. Inside the leadership team, not outside it.

The work always covers three things together: where the brand plays, what the portfolio does, and how the organisation delivers. Separating them is why most transformations stall.

Most engagements start with a Fokussprint, a few weeks of interviews and analysis that give you three things: an honest outside view of what is actually holding you back, a clear first move, and a leadership team that is ready to act.

From there, the work takes different forms.
A defined project, an ongoing presence inside the leadership team, or both.
